-
It Is a good event so far, the main series is going to be 12 issues long with an additional six different tie ins each month spread across the other marvel ongoing series (Avengers, Uncanny Xmen, New Avengers, Wolverine and the Xmen, Secret Avengers, Xmen: Legacy and Avengers Academy) turning out to be quite the commitment!!

What are your thoughts on the marvel graphic novel collection? 2 trades a month for a tenner each, seems like a deal to me!
-
Felt like once I started with it that would mean months of paying for it… so decided not to bother.
-
I signed up for the following reasons a) because I hadn’t read 95% of the books in the collection b) because your average paperback trade costs you between 10 to 15 quid and these are hardbacks…seemed like a win win situation!

How is everyone doing with the New52? I’m really enjoying Action Comics, Superman and Green Lantern. But my favourite so far has to be Green Arrow!
-
I’m reading batman, detective comics, Batwing, swamp thing, green lantern and Justice League.
But so far i’ve enjoyed Batwing and Swamp Thing the most. Think the artist is changing for Batwing from issue 7 so will see if that changes anything.
-
I was never a huge DC fan apart from Vertigo stuff and Batman. I’ve recently read a few Green Lantern books (secret origin, Rebirth and No Fear) and Green Arrow (Quiver and Sounds of Violence) At Christmas I had some present money that was burning a hole in my pocket so I decided to pick up big volume that houses all of the new 52 no 1′s and I’m…[Read more]

Loving detective comics, slowly catching up, superboy was quite intriguing but batman and robin with the new robin i found a little tiresome….
-
-
For some reason I am completely addicted to Action Comics. I must have read #1-4 about 50 times now. But one that I am also enjoying that took me by surprise is Legion – Secret Origins. I never knew DC could do legitimate sci-fi (I don’t count superhero stuff in general as sci-fi)

-

-
Awesome group, I’m currently going through the first four issues of wolverine and the x-men, not sure what i make of it so far, wolverine as head master is proving difficult to get used to
