Rocksmith Video Diaries – Part Two: Jenn Tries To Make a Video Diary

Ubisoft have asked me to create a series of video diaries during my time learning guitar using Rocksmith. Although looking a bit ridiculous in this first instalment, I am quite musical and hope to progress well using the game as my guide. Only time (and more video diaries) will tell though, as I embark on my Rocksmith challenge.

Rocksmith is a game aimed to help players learn guitar… for real. Starting with the very basics, the game will teach you how to hold your electric guitar, tune it, and how to play your very first riff. From there it’s a case of going through the career mode, learning different songs and techniques until (hopefully) you can wow your mates with your rock star skills. All you need is an electric guitar, the game, and the specially made Rocksmith lead (jack to USB) which can plug into your favourite console, and away you go.
