What Do You Want From TheGameJar At Gamescom?

In just a few days we’ll be heading out to gamescom 2012 to try out many of Gemany’s speciality beers, eat a lot of sausage and play as many new games as we can get our hands on. So what can you expect from us? Well, the usual mix of previews, interviews, trailers… hell we might even start doing a bit of news for the week – we’ll see.

Regulars to TheGameJar and listeners to the Death By Robots Podcast will be familiar with Jenn, Ryan, Lee, Josh and Joey and joining us for our first big trip is new guy Adam. Like I said this is our first big trip as TheGameJar and we really couldn’t have got there if it wasn’t for you guys so we want to take you with us as best as we can. Just make sure you’re following us on all our social thingys (links below) to keep up to date on what we’re doing. We’ll also be giving you plenty of chances to win gamescom swag, and from time to time we’ll have an opportunity for you to ask the developers of your favourite games the questions that you want answering.

Before we touchdown in Cologne though we need your help. This is the part where we want you to get involved – we want to know what you want to see from us at gamescom. We’ve the usual kit bag of digital SLRs, HD video cameras, laptops, iPads, audio recording gear and we’re pretty confident we can put together anything you can throw at us. So please go crazy (or not so crazy), chuck your ideas at us and if we think we can pull it off we’ll give it a shot.
