Resistance: Burning Skies Thumbs Up For Dual Controls

Resistance: Burning Skies is a first person shooter exclusive to the PS Vita. Using the dual analog stick controls of the Vita, Burning Skies brings all the shooting madness of a console game to you on the go.

Set in the Resistance universe, you play as Tom Riley; a firefighter trying to rescue his family during a Chimera invasion.

The first of it’s kind on a dual-stick handheld, Resistance: Burning Skies includes a full 8 player online multiplayer (4 v 4), with 3 modes including Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and one called ‘hi’. The game also has 6 maps to play on, and features the weapon wheel that is typical of the Resistance series. Secondary functions of weapons can be controlled using the Vita’s touch screen functions, which makes this game a little different from your regular controls.
